Our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Trainings are for experienced teachers seeking to deepen their practice and knowledge to become more effective in serving their students. The programs are an empowering and dynamic approach to the art and skill of learning, living and teaching Integrated Vinyasa Yoga. This program illuminates how Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a somatic, transformational practice that bridges the connection from the ordinary to the sacred through an embodied exploration of the flow of Prana, our highest intentions and greatest potential.

This 300-Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Advanced Studies Program has a unique structure consisting of 4 main areas of study. Each day is a combination of lecture, asana, practicum and group work. The complete program is rich with quality, deep with knowledge and abundant with opportunities for empowerment and growth as seekers and teachers. This rich training begins by going deeper into roots of yogic tradition, and unfolds progressively as a means to understand its modern context, and teach from a place of authenticity, relevance and connection.

Students must complete an application and have completed a 200-hour program or equivalent and have a current and consistent yoga practice.
